Bryce Farms specializes in growing produce that is not normally grown in the area such as artichokes, apples, and heirloom tomatoes.

Globe Artichokes

These artichokes are grown on the farm and harvested from June until October for local consumption. Globe is the most commonly grown artichoke for human consumption.  Be aware that many artichokes are grown for animal and not human consumption.

Grapes

Wine grapes are grown for sale to local winemakers and table grapes are sold to the public. The wine grapes consist of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel, Riesling, and Chardonnay. Table grapes available are Flame, Thompson, Russian, and Pearl. Other  produce like Olallieberries, raspberries, and figs are also sold.

Cut Flowers and Houseplants

Homegrown veggies

Various table produce is grown on the farm such as peppers, heirloom tomatoes, and many other common vegetables. Some are used to make our special salsas and spaghetti sauces. We also grow cut flowers and houseplants. We sell all of our produce at local farmers markets and through our online catalog.
